Note: Prices include the medical exam and sealed I-693 form. Additional tests may be required based on your medical history. We work hard to keep costs to a minimum. You may bring test results or vaccination records completed elsewhere to avoid duplicate charges.
What to Bring to Your Immigration Physical
When you come in for your immigration exam, please bring:
- A valid photo ID
- Any available vaccination and medical records
- Cash or check for payment
All required tests, X-rays, and most vaccinations can be done in one visit at our clinic.
Important USCIS Update
Effective January 22, 2025: USCIS has waived the requirement for applicants adjusting status to lawful permanent resident to present documentation on Form I-693.
