Dr. Karachenets is a board-certified family medicine physician with extensive experience in primary care, preventive health, and chronic disease management. She provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages and has special interests in pulmonology (asthma, COPD), dermatology, women’s health, geriatrics, diabetes, obesity management, and preventive care. She has been honored with multiple professional awards for excellence in patient care.
“I am a doctor in the second generation,” says Dr. Karachenets. “My mother worked in a hospital; my father was a forensic medical expert. Medicine surrounded me from childhood. Today my medical career spans more than 19 years, including 15 in America.”
Fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian, and conversational Polish, Dr. Karachenets is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. She emphasizes preventive medicine and long-term wellness, guiding patients toward healthier lifestyles and better quality of life. She sees patients at our St. Louis Park clinic.
